Conversion of two high street shops and uppers with the construction of an additional floor to create eleven self-contained flats. The buildings were originally constructed in 1900 and required extensive underpinning and additional steel structure to support the new build. 

Additionally, the properties are in the pedestrian zone so extensive traffic management and liaison with the local council during construction was required.

Close to Heathrow, this development involves the conversion of existing floors into 8 flats, adding a further 4 penthouse flats on the top floor. 

This project involves a modern and intricate design which will be finished to a very high standard. In order to complete the project in the specified time, we are employing a large team of tradesman which will be managed by our most senior project manager using the latest project management software. This specialist software enables the stakeholders to track the project in real-time.

These former ground floor offices owned by The Red Cross were converted into four luxury apartments each having access to their own garden. 

The speed of the conversion was a critical component for the client as the conversion was funded through the use of a bridging loan.
